Applegate is November Resident of the Month

Our November resident of the month is Phyllis Applegate. Phyllis celebrated her year anniversary with us last month. She came to us for a short term stay but we are thrilled she chose to make Kenton Pointe her home. Phyllis is originally from Portsmouth, OH but has lived inseveral other states like Virginia and Tennessee. She loved raising her family with her husband. They were married for 64 years. Phyllis was a wonderful seamstress but now looks forward to shopping. Phyllis can be found at most of our activities but really anticipates trivia. There aren’t many of the entertainment questions she doesn’t know. Another favorite activity is Shut the Box. She loves spending time with her friends and encourages others to get out and participate in the community events. Phyllis is blessed with a caring and attentive family that bring her joy everyday. Make sure to share a chat or a meal with this lovely lady. She is always welcoming and loves to socialize. We are thankful to call Phyllis family!
